Whether your lash appointment is your ritual self care, therapy session, time away from home, we welcome you to a safe, relaxing environment to get a beauty service done. At Lashistry we believe in caring for your well being, physical and mental health, and we would love to be a part of that journey through our beauty services.


All appointments require a $25 +HST non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.


If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid a penalty. Appointments that are cancelled last minute and less than 48 hours will have their deposits forfeited and a cancellation fee of $20 will be required. All your deposits are non-refundable and only transferable if rescheduled before 48 hours.


In the case of a no-show, deposits will be lost as well as being blocked from rebooking. If you have no-showed previously and would like to rebook, you must pay the FULL amount of your previous service in addition to the new appointment. We have the right to refuse service to previous no-shows.


It is crucial that you book your refill between 2-3 weeks. Anything past 3 weeks will be charged a full set. We take pride in quality and we have found that if your retention by 3 weeks is still 40%+, it is important to come back at this time regardless of how full your set is to maintain and prolong your lash extensions as best as we can.


The remainder of your appointment will be paid via CASH (taxless) or by card payments (+13% tax). E-transfers are not accepted.

Your Part as Our Lovely Client:

  • Please come to the studio with a mask on.
  • Please arrive solo! Due to COVID-19 and our workspace, no extra guests are allowed.
  • Please come to your appointments with a clean face and MAKEUP FREE, this means no concealer, no foundation, no mascara, etc. If we must remove your makeup it will cut into your appointment duration, and we will not extend your appointment.
  • It is preferred if you come showered with a clean face for us to work with.
  • Dress comfy! You will be with us anywhere between 1-3hours depending on which service you have scheduled.

Running Late?

Please let us know if you happen to be running late. There is a 15-minute buffer period for your appointment, anything after 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. Although there is a 15-minute buffer period, your appointment will not be extended past the scheduled duration of your appointment. (ie. If your appointment duration is 90 minutes and you come 15 minutes late, you will only have 75 minutes for your appointment). We understand that traffic is unexpected sometimes, but we are often booked back-to-back, so please try to come 5 minutes earlier to wait if needed.

COVID protocol

If you are feeling unwell (common cold, flu, etc.) or if you are experiencing any symptoms relating to COVID-19 (fever, cough, sore throat, etc.) please contact us as rescheduling or cancellation will be needed. We hold the right to refuse service to any person who enters the studio with any symptoms. Please be mindful that we are a small business, and it will impact us greatly if we must close our books due to illness. Thank you for your cooperation!
