Training Policy

Thank you for your interest in our training programs at Beauté Mark. We're excited to guide you on your journey to becoming a lash expert. To ensure a smooth and successful start to your training, please review our policy regarding bookings and payments:

Booking and Deposits:

  • A deposit is required to book any training session. This deposit secures your spot and is applied towards the total cost of your training.
  • Please note, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. We understand life happens, so if you need to reschedule, we're here to accommodate. Deposits can be transferred to a new training date provided you notify us at least 10 DAYS before your originally scheduled date.
  • If a cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the scheduled training, the deposit will not be valid for a future date. To reschedule under these circumstances, a new deposit will be required.

Payment Information:The deposit for your training can be made online, with the remaining balance due on the first day of your training. For the balance, we accept cash payments in person or a card payment via an online invoice, which must be settled before the first day of your training.

We designed this policy to be fair and accommodating while ensuring we can provide high-quality training sessions to all our students. Your understanding and adherence to this policy are much appreciated.

Store Policy

Product Sales & Returns:

  • All purchases made at Beauté Mark are considered final. We do not offer refunds.
  • Exchanges are solely for defective or damaged items upon arrival. Beauté Mark is not responsible for shipping damage.

Shipping & Handling:

  • For security reasons, we ship orders only to matching billing and shipping addresses. Orders with differing addresses will unfortunately be canceled.
  • Shipping confirmations, along with a tracking link, will be emailed within 48 hours of placing your order, utilizing either Canada Post or FedEx for delivery.
  • Allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. The shipping timeline starts once the order is dispatched. Note: Processing and shipping times are distinct.

Please Remember:

  • Responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier once dispatched. For lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly. Any inquiries about package contents or quality should be directed to Beauté Mark.
  • Ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. Incorrect addresses leading to returned packages will require a re-shipment fee at the customer's expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable if the order is canceled.

Stock & Inventory:

  • Our website inventory is updated regularly for your shopping convenience.
  • In the rare event an ordered item is out of stock, we will offer a comparable replacement or issue a refund for the specific item. Refunds are not available once an item has shipped.

Please Carefully Review Our Booking Policies Before Scheduling Your Appointment

Ensure to carefully review the booking policy before proceeding with booking.

Deposits & Cancellations:

  • Deposits: A deposit of $35 + HST will be needed to secure your appointment. All deposits are paid through the booking site. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and transferable ONE-TIME ONLY.
  • Rescheduling Notice: Should there be a need to reschedule your appointment, please utilize the confirmation email to do so. Note that deposits are forfeited if rescheduled within less than 48 hours.
  • Cancellation Notice: Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid additional fees.

Managing Your Appointment: You can reschedule or cancel your appointment via your confirmation email. It's highly suggested to set up an account on the booking site for easy appointment management.

No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification will lead to the loss of your deposit and the inability to schedule future appointments. To reschedule after a missed appointment, full payment for the missed service along with the new service is mandatory upfront.

Late Arrivals: Punctuality is crucial as delays will reduce your service time; appointments cannot be extended due to late starts. Ensure timely arrival for the best experience.

Payment: Payment is due at your appointment. We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay. Please note, e-transfers are not accepted
